DISTRIBUTION

Kilani Group has been active in distribution since 1986. Today, the Group operates in the wholesale import and distribution of pharmaceutical products, as well as direct distribution of paramedical products, surgical equipment and accessories, laboratory reagents and automation, cosmetics, dermo-cosmetics, parapharmaceuticals, and hygiene products.
Distribution activities also include automobiles and construction equipment, providing solutions adapted to the needs of both professionals and individuals.
All operations are carried out by dedicated sales teams and a specialized logistics fleet, deployed across Tunisia and organized by sector.

INDUSTRY

Kilani Groupe operates in the pharmaceutical industry through the TERIAK and ADWYA laboratories, in dermocosmetics through PROTIS and in agri-food through IKEL.

RETAIL

Kilani Group is a leader in retail sales in the beauty sector through a network of self-service outlets throughout Tunisia under its own brand. The Group then expanded into the retail of natural beauty and fashion through franchised brands.

SERVICES

KILANI Group also offers a range of complementary services to the industrial distribution and retail activities. One company is specialized in medical promotion, the management of proprietary and partner brands of drugs and the second company offers consulting in Retail marketing, layout; Activation and Digital Marketing for Retail, entities and brands.

Art & Culture

Art and culture have always been deeply integrated into the history of Kilani Group. From the creation of La Boîte in 2007 to its establishment at the Kilani Group headquarters in 2021, and the launch of L'Agora Djerba in 2022, Kilani Group has consistently supported the arts and culture in Tunisia, especially in local communities.

Construction

Kilani Group has been operating in the construction industry through Kilani Public Works Company. The group is involved in hydro-agricultural development, civil engineering works, and petroleum-related projects, particularly in southern Tunisia.
