 Kilani Group Expands into Food Manufacturing and Distribution in Partnership with Nestlé

 

Tunis, 17th August 2021: Kilani Group, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor of health, beauty, well-being, and hygiene products in Tunisia, is adding food and beverages to its portfolio in a new partnership with Nestlé.


The agreement entails Kilani Group buying popular cereal brand Grain d’Or’s factory in Tunisia, and directly importing and distributing Nestlé products in the country. Ownership of the international brands remains with Nestlé, who continues to provide a wide range of products in the country. Nestlé employees will maintain their employment and conditions under the new ownership, which is well positioned in different sectors including industry, wholesale, direct distribution, retail, export and services.

We also will be working on expanding the distribution of Grain d’Or in African Markets”.
