At Kilani Group, excellence is not only a corporate value. It is a tradition we carry forward every year.

On August 31, 2026, we held the 4th edition of our Excellence Day, a moment dedicated to honoring the achievements and distinction of our employees' children.

This year brought something new: for the first time, Group employees themselves were also recognized for their achievements, standing alongside the young award winners as proof that excellence knows no age.

More than a celebration, Excellence Day is a reminder of what we stand for — passing down the values of Excellence, Passion, Innovation and Ethics from one generation to the next.
